Dalan from the Ampisaro to all Earthlings and fellow Fluvians.

Greetings to all that find this page. We are visitors to your world from the planet Fluvio. Fluvio lies in the neighborhood of the star you call Al Nair which can be found in the constellation known as Grus (the Crane.) We have traveled centuries to visit you, and have been living among you for thousands of years now.

Our civilization is much older than yours. We live in a world with no wars, with few laws, and fewer crimes. We have very little disease, and live much longer than you do. Whether we experienced troubles like you do in the past is not known, at least not by those of us here on Earth.

We have two purposes for being here in your midst. First, we understand that you are intelligent beings. As such, we see you as our brothers and sisters, and we are obliged to assist you according to the Seven Enzas. The Enzas are principles that we live by. It is by following these principles that we maintain our peaceful society. Teaching you the Enzas, both by telling you, and by showing you, is one of the ways that we may assist you. Our hope is that you, too, can eliminate the hate, crime, and war that plagues your society.

Our second reason for being here is to learn from you. Whatever their level of development, we find that we can always learn from other thinkers. In particular, there is an important issue that we wish to resolve. While we don't have many of the problems that you have, there are things that you have that we do not. For lack of a better word, we can sum them up by calling them passion. You have a hunger for life, a need to feel, a hunger for the experience. We do not know to what extent these things contribute to the problems that you experience. We want to find out if it's possible for us to enjoy some of the fine points of your culture, without giving up the peace that we enjoy. Billions of Fluvians are awaiting the answer with great interest. We have included a translation of the Seven Enzas, with some general explanations, here.

If you wonder why you haven't seen us living among you, it is because we appear to be just like you. In some respects, it would be accurate to say that we are you. We did not travel here as physical entities. Such travel is costly and slow. What arrives here is not a body, but a ki. You have no real word for ki. It may be what some of you would call the spirit, or the soul. All living things have kis. Once here, our ki will join with the newly formed ki of a developing human baby soon after conception. Once our kis become intertwined with yours, we develop much as any other human would. It takes many years for this union to even become aware of its extraterrestrial heritage. It's rare for this self-awareness to occur before the age of thirty, though by adolescence we frequently understand that we are different. Few of us can recall all of our previous lives on Fluvio. How much we recall depends much upon the flexibility of the human ki that serves as our host. Some of don't us don't ever understand our nature until our host completes it's normal life span and we can move on to join a new ki.

It's unusual for us to even recognize each other. This has made it difficult for us to make much progress. We need to communicate, to share our memories, to properly understand our mission here and to acheive the organization required to carry it out. It is only because of the technological developments in communications of the last century that has enabled us to congress together in great enough numbers to truly carry out our work. Only very recently have we been able to appoint an Ampisaro to organize our work. You can think of the Ampisaro as our leader, though in fact there is no real parallel in your society. A better analogy might be to the human conscience. Thankfully, we are now ready to share our knowledge with you, and to learn all that we can from you.

Do you feel that you are different from most people? Do you think you may be sharing your consciousness with a Fluvian ki? We invite you to contact us. We may be able to help you better understand your existence and the important role that you may be playing. Together, perhaps, we may help bring peace and security to this world.

For the majority of you that have no Fluvian history, we also welcome you and hope that you will contact us. Please return here often as we will be using this forum to share with you our knowledge and to suggest how it may be applied. You, too, can help us in this vital mission. If you have any questions, or would like more information, please contact us at insight@fluvian.com.

May you find zithra.
